I was leaving Cub Foods and my truck door wouldn't close! I slowly drove over to The Shop and pulled up in front of their doors. James immediately acknowledged me and I explained my issue. He fixed my door and I was on my way in 5 minutes. James was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity!

In the past I used The Shop to do extensive preventative maintenance on our 2013 Honda Odyssey van. They did a great and complete job at prices below a Honda dealership.
Our daughter used The Shop for an oil change on her car with good results.
Lastly, they fixed a tire leak on the Odyssey that that reoccurred after a Honda dealership took 5 times to find the problem and fix it. After The Shop completed the tire repair, they had to redo the TPMS system to stop the warning light from coming on. This took the instillation of a new monitor and a lot of extra work on their on their part. They would take no extra payment for this service. I have told all my friends about The Shop. We will continue taking our vehicles there for maintenance. I recommend The Shop to you without qualification for their excellent work, competitive prices and their desire to make their customers happy.

I had the front brakes replaced recently and it was like night and day. My Jeep stopped much more sooner and the pedal was solid, and it was done much sooner than expected. The mechanic did a great job. Shelby is fantastic to work with! And the free loaner was greatly appreciated. I don't see that service anymore.

Great customer service! I didn't have an appointment, but they got me in right away. It turned out the repair was less than what was quoted. I love the honesty! I'll definitely be back.

James was awesome. He helped us get on the road when our tire got shredded. Gerri g our car in and the spare on quickly. Everyone was so helpful and friendly.

The Shop is The ONLY Shop I use for tires, routine maintenance, and those occasions when something weird happens. For instance, when my insurance adjuster said it would be months before replacement parts would be available for my stolen catalytic converter, The Shop found them in Delaware and I had my car back in a week! This week I heard a noise as I was leaving town and had them check it out. They solved that problem AND ran through all the fluids, etc, fixed a punctured tire and sent me off safely on my trip. They go above and beyond to make sure I am always safe on the road. I feel like they treat me like a member of the family whose safety comes above all else. The whole staff, from office to shop, goes out of their way for their customers. Call them and you'll see for yourself!

Bryan and his staff are wonderful! I was headed up north and my truck started making a grinding noise while driving. I pulled in and it was a very busy day and Bryan came right out and said we will somehow get you taken care of that day. And they did! Such knowledgeable staff and very efficient. Highly recommend them if you need any service. Thank you again to Bryan and everybody on that day!

The guys were professional and timely. Got a 4 wheel alignment on my suv and was completed in about 50 minutes.

I have gotten consistent superb service from The Shop. Excellent communication and takes their time explaining actually showing me what needed to be fixed. Honest, friendly, reasonable, reliable - the only place I recommend!
